Premier Inn Northwich (Sandiway) hotel

I booked 3 double rooms for friends coming to our house warming Saturday 17th Jan 26 they all liked the hotel and we joined them for breakfast Sunday morning.One of the group dropped his wallet in his room and a staff member searched him on Facebook to return his wallet thankyou Bridget a credit to your employer

Arrived late and was met by a very friendly and helpful night manager so much so I took his name , thanks to Ravi . Also in the morning member of staff held doors open as I was fully laden with bags . Be great once the restaurant re opens but free parking on site & quiet area so good nights sleep was had on the big old comfy bed . Shower also good .

I have travelled to plenty of Premier Inns before. I met the receptionist Mary, a very warm and welcoming lady who made the visit quite pleasant, she is a star! I would recommend a makeover for the rooms. It sure is located in an ideal place

Comfortable, spacious room with TV and tea/coffee making facilities. The staff on reception, particularly Mary, were helpful in giving us tips on where to have dinner and helping with an additional reservation. Would definitely stay here again.

It’s ok but….. showing age. Ask for Mary if you want good service. Breakfast is odd as in another place. Got there 9am closed!

Stopped here with my mam for the night. We travelled down to attend a funeral . I was wanting to leave my car at the hotel and take a taxi to the wake, this was going to take around 30 minutes until it arrived, Bridget was finishing work and although she didn’t know the area we were going volunteered to take us. She went above and beyond to make sure we got there. Thank you so very much. I have read some of the reviews and it seems you truly are an amazing lady and a great team.

We were attending a wedding just up the road so we booked 2 nights here. We’d sent the happy couple money rather than a physical gift and had total forgotten about a card until we were half way to the hotel. As we checked in, we enquired where we may find a local shop for a card. The receptionist was ever so helpful she even telephoned a shop and had them put their only 2 cards to one side for us! During our stay, all the staff were lovely and welcoming. All of them a credit to the company. As a foot note, I shall also be doing a review of the associated pub next door and it is also well recommended.

Rooms themselves are fine but can be a bit noisy as the if you at the front of the hotel as the cars go up and down and you can occasional hear people. I could open the window at night as it would wake me up at night for a cold room. Also if you near you are to the staircase you can hear foot traffic walking past and the room doors shutting. Not the most sound proof hotel Ask to move in the morning staff were very obligent especially Brigitte, got myself a quiter room. Shout out to Mary who also helped. You cant get a the meal deal in this premier in but they do have a restaurant next door where you can get the premier inn breakfast. You can pay for your dinner separately there
